I am so disgusted and angry with this product that I plan to contact the BBB. It was such an expensive catastrophic failure of a high end vacuum cleaner. I have nothing but utter contempt for this company, Miele. What were you thinking when you came up with a "pet vacuum cleaner” that shattered pet hair into pieces in just an hour of cleaning pet hair all over the house? Brand new bag, new filter, everything installed correctly. We have two labs so I bought this. I've read reviews here and elsewhere - all glowing. The company's reputation speaks for itself. But obviously a vacuum cleaner doesn't take dog hair or 1 hour of cleaning. There was no warning, no lights, nothing glowing to indicate anything was wrong. I opened the compartment of the bag and there was hair and dirt everywhere. The point is in the engine, it destroyed all the filters, there was a huge amount of garbage in every detail. And I just changed my bag. I even checked it twice before vacuuming. Until a strange smell came from him. I opened the compartment of the bag and saw a mess. Now everything is in the trash. I don't expect the company to endorse this junk product. I ran out of money for a useless vacuum cleaner.
