I needed to redo the plumbing in my pool. This tool saved me many times the cost of my purchase as I was able to save 2 $100 Jandy valves that had previously been installed incorrectly. Easy to use, I recommend using a spare drill bit if you have one. It also helps if you manage to orient the part so you're drilling straight down, but it will still work fine. Once you have a good bite, the whole PVC noodle will come out as one piece. It works well. I used a gray heavy PVC glue as it is more viscous as the hole may not be as tight as before. However, the heavy use of glue resulted in close connections.
