We bought a new oven with an integrated air fryer. The first thing I needed was a frying pan to cook with. Chef Pomodoro Copper Crisper was my choice after looking at the choices available. It works incredibly well. It's easy to clean and the copper color gives it class. We have to wash it often. The only downside to this is that the color on the tray will change if crumbs or small pieces of food have fallen through the crispy and baked one. The tray itself is easy to clean and I'm happy so far. It works exactly as described. Four stars only because it looks like an old frying pan when it's only a week old. It doesn't bother me, but it might be a problem for others.
