Simply unpacked, installed in less than 30 minutes. Charges my Kia Soul very quickly. Charge 30 miles in under an hour. First impression is good, it's really heavy, thick, should last a long time. Well built in every way except the car plug. it feels a bit cheap, out of place compared to the overall design. Maybe it's just me, I've only seen 2 other car plugs, one on a public charger and a factory plug from Kia. I love it and will update after a few months of use. described as cheaper looking, perfect. I think it was so new that it looked out of place with the overall thickness of the box. I am completely satisfied, this is a 5 star purchase.
