The program was easy for my dentist's office staff to use due to its intuitive nature of how it works in general so no problems with that! If you are looking into this software I'd say give it a try out because other programs may have issues within your workflow but not DDs workflows really. It saved us time by being able to make restorations more quickly than our previous methods we used previously which were manual methodologies. We had an easier way to track patient information as well since all important data points can be found in one place via electronic records rather then having multiple documents lying around throughout offices or departments. This gave me peace when preparing reports where certain steps needed to take place prior to submitting them off to insurance carriers etc.. Our process has become faster also. Being able to get approval quicker now from doctors/dentists too instead of sending stuff back and forth between different people over emailing eachother.
