These resistance loops have been a great addition to my at home workouts. I’m a beginner when it comes to working out and to resistance bands. I loved how this came with a small workout guide to get you started. Also, it has 4 different bands and I love how I can choose which resistance to use for each move. It does come with a super cheap looking bag to hold them and it’s convenient but the bag is nothing special. Another thing. I can easily do band workouts I find online with these since they are so stretchy. With a previous brand I could never do all the moves since they were too small. Overall, I’m really enjoying these. If anything changes after long term use I will update. but so far I like them :)
