Quality product with great customer service.

This company is worth purchasing products from. Their customer service is the best that I have ever encountered. This product worked without an issue for over 18 months. The only issue that came up was with a 30-TT adapter cable (sold separately). Even with that issue, Mustart customer service was very easy to communicate with and guided me through the process. Customer service sent me a replacement 30-TT adapter cable for FREE! The company stands behind their products, which are fairly priced.

This charger is incredibly reliable, with a robust design that won't let you down even in extreme weather conditions or other challenging environments

May require extra wiring or electrical work to install correctly

Had no Wifi signal and no way to turn it on Wifi even though ad stated it has Wifi along with an app. Looks like I was sent a used item or return as it had some scuffs on the side. Also, fit and finish were poor especially for a $479.00 charger. Returned the next day after I received it. Waste of my time.
