Good solid product. I am very satisfied and will buy another set in the future. To keep it from moving after you adjust the position, stick a hex wrench in the top to hold it in place and slip a flat wrench over the nut under the roller bearing and use the flat wrench to tighten the nut. Use a hex key to adjust the roller resistance.
