Review on 🚗 K&N Cold Air Intake Kit for Honda S2000 2000-2008, 2.0L and 2.2L L4 - High Performance, Guaranteed Horsepower Increase - 50-State Legal - Model: 57-3514 by Michael Ward

I've always had K&N filters on my cars but when I saw this intake kit I thought it was a bit expensive so it took me a while to decide to buy it. I have to say that I am very satisfied and in my opinion it is worth the money. The installation turned out to be a bit more difficult than expected and took me twice as long as stated in the installation instructions. I'm very meticulous and wanted everything to be perfect so I take some of the blame for this, but it's still a good 2-3 hour project if you want to get everything right. The quality of the material is ok and I don't like that there is a gap between the air filter and the metal box, so I'm looking for ways to close this gap. The sound is amazing once you hit 6500 rpm or so. The only complaint I have is that you hear a blowing/whistling sound at idle that wasn't there before. In my opinion there is no noticeable increase in performance. So if that's what you're looking for, buy something else. Overall I'd recommend buying this kit if you want the S2000 to sound better (like it's supposed to) but don't want the super loud and annoying sound that most young kids are looking for.
