Many details are missing

Let's face it, it's pretty cute. BUT I didn't get what I paid for. It was missing a lot of parts and it was made out of a strange hard foam. Easily chewable. Unfortunately my hamster was too big. And he's not even big. So the size is small. Difficult to assemble as no instructions are included. I wanted it to be perfect and everything working, but it doesn't. I received a refund.
