Giant Tiny Dent Removal Tool Kit for Do-It-Yourself Metal Body Repairs

Repairing my own small sheet metal dents through normal opening of doors by unwary people in cramped hospitals and other workshops is satisfying and relatively easy to accomplish. This is a huge set (images 1-4) with too many items to list here - see listing. It includes a slide hammer, jackhammer, hot glue gun with 10 long glue sticks, dent lifter and pull tabs with a zip pocket to store everything inside. For a lot less than a professional body shop charging me for a single dent. you can get anything! The instructions are short and limited, but well illustrated. I recommend watching some online videos. It doesn't suit a perfectionist, a fiberglass body, or exotic materials like carbon fiber. I sympathize with you Lambo owners! As a regular used car slacker, I've found it very helpful. Basically, this kit uses hot melt glue to stick small plastic tabs to my cleaned dent. I'm provided with an empty plastic spray bottle to fill with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) which I use to pre-clean the coating of wax and dirt and to remove the hot melt when it's done. I clean, attach a reusable tongue, remove the dent with one of the tools provided, carefully remove the glued tongue and repeat. It may take 3 or 4 lifts to "set" the stain. See pages 4-7 before and after. There was a big improvement and it was worth the hour spent. Results will vary depending on the size of the dent. Location, severity, metal profile, etc. There are many variables, but for many simple dents this works surprisingly well. Dent reflector and doorbell storage bag. Worth a try and a fully loaded kit! I hope you found the information and my review helpful.
