Direct fit in terms of bolt placement but as mentioned the bolts in the bottom flange are not OEM. Original 10x1.25. That's 10x1.5. The cost of 4 nuts and a short bolt (also to attach the bottom flange to the block) is easy to bear considering the price difference between this and the OEM. I was able to reuse the studs. I just didn't want to look for nuts with an 8x1.25 flange. Still, it would be nice if there was a full set. Mine came with a gasket, a manifold cover, and two screws for that cover. It's time for the real test.
