I just received a replacement device that is no longer working. My first impression is not God. The lights that indicate which computer (port) is active are VERY dim, so I can't figure out which one is on. I have to move the mouse to find out, and I only find out when the computer monitor is on. I have to look perpendicularly (from above) at the device to notice the active port light. I have to get up to see it. The other thing, which is also not good, is that the device isn't smart enough to tell which port the cable (computer) is plugged into. I only have 2 computers to start with, but when I press change it goes back to ports 1 and 2 (the only ones I use) via ports 3 and 4. This thing combined with the fact that I have to get up from my chair to see which port is active makes the experience really BAD.
