Review on 🥕 Efficient Norpro Deluxe Bean Frencher: Clamp French/Green Slicer/Cutter for Heavy-Duty Use by Susan King

I bought this from Revain about 6 years ago and have never written a review. You can only make a small handful of beans at a time with this Frenchie (read 3 or 4, maybe more or less depending on the size of the beans). The blades are sharp and cut well. Sometimes muscle is needed when trying to push through more than a small handful. My main complaint and reason for 4 stars is that the clip is small. You should have a table with straight edges and an edge wide enough to clamp it. None of our tables are like this so we ended up using a TV tray which would be nice except when you need to use your muscles the tray moves. It wasn't a flimsy tray table, but it was meant to be carried, so there were some difficulties. Overall I love this franchisor and the lack of options gives me a reason to continue using it for our canned food. On average, we consume 3-4 ounces of green beans a year, which is good for those years. I will buy another one, maybe we can tag the slicing command to make it run faster.
