Like: Finally I see what I'm doing for a french braid. He is durable. I haven't had any problems since installing it. Dislikes: It confused my friend with instructions which he ignored when installing until I figured I'd install it myself. You don't really need two hands, but the problem is that you need a hand drill to drill holes in the wall. I wish it was a magic wand but unfortunately you need a hand drill to drill the holes and fit the plastic pieces into the holes and then screw the thing in with the drill bit. But we installed it, that's the main part. I don't care at all about magnification on these types of mirrors, but one side is magnified and the other isn't, and I never use the magnified side. I really don't need anything other than getting my hair done in the mirror.
