The best thing about this program is that it's very easy to use. It has almost everything that you would need for an installer job. You can do everything through this, from scheduling work orders, to tracking materials, to getting payments. I don't really have any negatives to mention. This software made my life easier when it came to taking care of our customer's projects. We used to go out to the field and take notes on paper. Then we had to try to remember them back in the office. Now we just upload the information straight onto the computer and it helps us keep track of things much better.
