4 stars because it has potential.

It's cool for my guinea pigs but I'm trying not to use panels for the second floor. My guinea pigs get nervous because they give so much. I'm not worried about it breaking, but the piglets don't like it. Rabbits jump out very easily even if you run the pole up as intended and not as long as I did. Rats or hamsters can get out. The included ramps are not safe for guinea pigs unless covered so I used them for a water bottle. You can also hang a hay rack on it. I plan to use one of the ramp panels to hang my hammock.
