Perfect for my 1999 short wheel caravan. Raise the van and fold the plastic inner fender far back and installation is much easier. It fishes from below/does not slide from above. The panel in the fuel filler flap does not need to be removed. I had a rubber hose with me. I took my time disconnecting the old rusty vent pipe from the vent tube. Cut off the old vent pipe and give yourself some room to work with. This was perhaps the most difficult part of the entire installation. 45 minutes from start to finish.
