The ease of use, how quickly I can get an image in front me to help with my diagnosis or treatment planning; fast access for urgent cases that require immediate attention - not having to wait days/weeks before getting results from labs! It's also very easy to share images via email attachments which makes it easier than ever when sending off reports to other doctors etc. Nothing really as such but sometimes there are glitches where you have no control over what happens next (eg if your mouse hovers around something like 2 seconds too long). But they seem pretty quick at fixing these issues so don't let this put you off using them though!! They've saved us time by being able to do our own reading of films / scans ourselves without needing any input from another doctor initially. This saves precious waiting times between appointments and allows quicker decisions about treatments & follow ups required later down the line. We're now saving money through reduced costs associated with unnecessary referrals.
