Incredibly sharp and perfectly balanced. This is an amazingly good knife

Incredibly sharp and perfectly balanced. This is a surprisingly good knife, especially for the money. I have never used a knife that holds the blade so well. When chopping garlic, for example, you really don't need to exert yourself. The knife's weight allows it to easily slide through the garlic under its own weight. Yes, it's stamped, but the balance is very, very good. The handle material is very comfortable to hold; soft and very "tenacious" even when wet. A small note has to do with the ergonomics of the handle, where it connects to the blade: it's physically wider than the rest of the handle. I believe this is intended to give the user a "adjusted" area to place their thumb and forefinger, but it makes it harder to "pinch" the blade for control (like most pros do).

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Sad packaging
