Don't waste $60. As other reviewers point out, this shelf was easy to assemble. HOWEVER, the instructions are not precise and cannot be used outside of determining the relative position of the parts. I had to take apart half of the first tier to make the fourth. The sections that come into contact with the water jug are poorly tack welded and I don't expect them to withstand the rigors of loading and unloading 5 gallon jugs for very long. In the assembled rack, the sharp edges of the racks remain exposed and the parts do not have end caps, which are clearly visible in the product image after the eighth step. Finally, the kit was missing a screw supporting the shelves. See attached photos.
