The open side of my Wrangler's clear door panel suffered from appearance and integrity given the constant 'entering' activity it exposes . I wanted something that would cover that area and protect from further wear and tear and this product does the trick. They use 3M high-strength double-sided tape, which is pre-applied to the rails themselves for you. Simply dry to plan your location, remove the protective film from two strips (for each guide), apply with some pressure and allow to cure for a while (try not to step over 10 minutes after installation ).
