I read the instructions on the side of the box as I have never used this product before. I aligned the chamber and cartridge/tube and made sure the cartridge/tube was properly "snapped" before I started applying. According to the packaging, the product is dispensed and the cartridge/tube then "snaps" into place in the next location. Well, I press the applicator and wait for the "click" described, but it's not there. Instead, the contents of a whole stick of toilet gel are now in the bowl. I can't help but laugh. My bathroom smells too fresh right now. Which makes me laugh more. I will not tell my husband and see what he has to say about this incident when he discovers it himself. / Tube Gel is not dispensed correctly, which means as stated on the packaging. Like me, you can find it amusing or very uncomfortable depending on your outlook on life. Perhaps this is a design/quality flaw that can be fixed with minor modifications to both the chamber and cartridge/tube.
