Cheap construction and weak stitching
Packed this bag for the first time on a trip and it broke immediately. It was difficult enough to close with a cheap plastic zip and once loaded I grabbed it by the side handle and it ripped instantly. It not only tore off the handle, but also tore the entire corner of the seam inside the pocket (see photo). The bag immediately became unusable and I had to go back to my old top-loading duffel bag. Don't buy this, it's a waste of money.
