[grammar edit] I've competed in three sprint triathlons and it's long overdue to replace my own shifter cables. I chose these cutters because they were on Zinn's list and were better on the budget than the ones I originally planned to buy. My Ironman buddy also praised it highly. I'm glad I bought them. Did a great job, looks great, great fit and finish (and I'm a bit picky about stuff like this) and I'm sure they will last longer than my body will let me ride. I wish the cutter had a special notch for crimping lugs, but honestly I didn't find that to be a problem in actual use. Recommend? Yes of course.
