My mother's Dell Optiplex desktop PC (model 780 I think?) needed a PCI wireless card because of the wireless USB dongle she used previously had, had died. Installation was easy and it comes with two different sized PCIe covers (half and full) which is great as the Optiplex is half the size of a typical PC case. I didn't have to install a Windows 10 driver at all, it's basically plug and play. Connected to wifi with no problems and has stayed that way since I installed the card.
