Easy to use, easy integration with our CRM system (Salesforce), great customer service! The ability to have multiple options available in terms of payment methods is also very helpful as we are able to offer different plans depending upon who's visiting us at any given time or what they need from their visit.
I wish that there was an option where you could upload photos/images so it would be easier when guests wanted more than just text entry space but were not allowed access via email due to HIPAA regulations; however this does help keep costs down by avoiding additional charges per photo uploaded. We're trying out several new things here including using social media platforms like Facebook & Instagram which has been helping increase traffic during busy times such as holidays / events etc., allowing clients to interact directly through those channels rather then having them come into one specific location - thus reducing wait periods if someone wants assistance right away while still being open 24 hours 7.
