It is very easy for newbies like me who are just starting out in this field (or even old hands) - you can easily get started using it on day one without having to wade through any complicated steps etc. I think that as long as there's enough people actively posting reviews, then no matter how many times we try to increase our user base by signing more affiliates/merchants, we'll always be running into an issue where not all products seem to generate traffic. We're looking at ways to make sure everyone has access so its easier for anyone wanting to start reviewing but don't want to invest huge amounts of money upfront. The customer service team have been absolutely brilliant! They've helped us identify why some merchants aren't converting well and given great advice about how we could improve them going forward. The user interface is easy to understand and navigate. It's also very simple to set up profiles and publish reviews. I think that it was designed for bloggers more than press releases. I would like to be able to use it for press releases but at this stage it works well as a blog tool. Great product! I have used it mainly for press releases but now am using it for blogs too. It saves a lot of time in managing reviews and makes it easier to find reviews from different sources and easily compare them.
