With MVP Plant we can manage our plants and equipment, track repairs for each piece of plant, generate reports, keep record logs including images attached for warranty purposes, create requests using RFID tags for employees, track repair history for employees. Additionally, there is a scheduler function to schedule routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance programs, and even perform predictive audits using statistical analysis. All of those tasks are very easy to carry out by taking advantage of its intuitive user interface. The support provided by MVP Plant is excellent; we did not encounter any issues while using the application. Furthermore, the training videos included within the installation guide helps tremendously to ensure success when you first start using the product. If you're looking for a CMMS software package that offers lots of features and functionality without spending a fortune, then I suggest you try it.



The overall application setup is very well done, from installation to administration. However, there are some things missing when compared to our current CMIS app. Some of the features we miss include: integration with third party apps which allows us to build complex reports (some reporting options exist), ability of exporting to excel sheets for quick analysis before generating additional files, no integration into accounting, etc... This leaves us using other solutions to integrate those requirements instead of the existing app.



MVP plant and education institution helped me put together excel spread sheet and provided sample reports that showed me exactly what I needed in order to create my first annual report using various formulas along with excel functionality, templates etc. Their staff made everything go smoothly. Very easy to use website and very easy to navigate through when searching for things required. I used Excel 2010; I chose to pay them the price for Excel 365 because that worked perfectly for me.



Our client MVP Plant & Education Institution developed the plant and facility maintenance management software, which enables the effective monitoring, analysis, reporting and action taking on the various aspects of asset performance that affect service. The software consists of 5 modules; maintenance scheduling module, worksheet document generation module, accounting database module, project management module, configuration database, user interface control panel and the online version. With the online edition, each member staff can upload his /her daily reports via web browser, thus saving tremendous amount of paper documents.
