I installed this on my 2005 Dodge 2500 to accommodate a new, much heavier trailer. Installation was easy and well documented in the included instructions. It works great, greatly reduced trailer sway and bounce. You have to be willing to experiment with air pressure, I've found that small changes make a big difference in the ride. I initially started with 90psi which was too much but ended up with around 60psi for my application. I have decided not to buy a compressor kit and would like one, although in my application I only tow one trailer and it always loads the same, if you are towing different loads you will need a built in compressor.
