, I'm 5'11, 160lbs and the little one fits me perfectly. I've been trying to find softball knee pads to keep my knees from kicking when I'm sliding down bases or jumping for volleys. All of the rubbers I've tried that are made specifically for softball either didn't offer the protection I needed or just didn't stay in place when sliding. So I decided to look for other options. I tried a few: Fox Head Launch Enduro Knee Pads, Brute Torq Wrestling Knee Pads, Corflex Front Pad Knee Pads, Troy Lee Designs KG 5450 Knee Pads/Shin Pads, Penny G-Form Knee Pads, FOX Launch Pro Knee Pads and eight ExoSkin Knee Pads Triple Knee Pads. Triple Eights are by far my favorite. They never fall, they are not too hot and they are very comfortable. I know they're made for biking or skating, but they're perfect for softball.
