Review on Acer CC314 Convertible Professional 💻 with E248W 1920x1080 Resolution and HDMI Connectivity by Ron Gil

My device had the same problem as a few other reviewers: about 50% of the time, the computer can't detect the NVIDIA GPU, and I often get BSoDs with errors like video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error and driver_power_state_failure. I've spent a few days troubleshooting, deleting and reinstalling NVIDIA drivers multiple times and even factory resetting the computer, reinstalling Windows and all. With regular use, I get a blue screen several times a day (especially when using Photoshop, since selected graphics are often not used). This device must have a hardware defect. I will be returning it and purchasing a refurbished unit in the hope that the repair will resolve any issues with the hardware.
