The thing is crap. It's very nice, but that's where the list of pros ends. The size was smaller than I wanted but sufficient. After three weeks the handle started to melt (see photo). I couldn't believe what I saw. It took me a few weeks to contact Revain customer service and when I contacted them they told me there was nothing they could do as it had been over 30 days since my purchase. They suggested I contact the manufacturer directly. Here's the thing, I couldn't find the site, still the phone number to contact Calypso and I'm not a stupid person. I am very upset with this purchase. Please don't waste your money. Buy a different kettle.
