Do you want plastic in your burners? Then buy this product.

Don't do this unless you want yellow plastic on your cooker. The handle has melted with normal use. He thawed a little the first time, and I figured it out. The second time I used it, it melted in my oven. All I got was a partial refund as it was a return window but how am I supposed to clean the plastic off the grill grates?! Not to mention security issues!

Melted kettle after first month of use

This kettle had everything I wanted, everything was right, size, price, color everything. It came quickly after I ordered it, looked like the seller said it did, but having melted on my stove I'm not sure what it was made of. The picture shows the top part melted, but the bottom of the kettle also melted on my burner. It was a medium fire for 10 minutes. At that time I only had this kettle for about 3 weeks.

Nice little teapot!

We bought this product (yellow) last year and we love it. It was well made, the perfect size for us and worked great. Unfortunately my husband accidentally dropped it on a ceramic tile floor and cracked in several places. When looking for a replacement we were delighted to find that it was still on sale (though not in yellow). This time we bought it in turquoise. It arrived today and appears to be of the same quality and craftsmanship as the previous one.

Absolute rubbish! - Dishes

The thing is crap. It's very nice, but that's where the list of pros ends. The size was smaller than I wanted but sufficient. After three weeks the handle started to melt (see photo). I couldn't believe what I saw. It took me a few weeks to contact Revain customer service and when I contacted them they told me there was nothing they could do as it had been over 30 days since my purchase. They suggested I contact the manufacturer directly. Here's the thing, I couldn't find the site, still the…

Very cheaply made. for kitchen and dining room

I didn't like it. When I opened the box and took out the kettle, I found that not only was it not a whistling kettle, but it was also very light. Enamel was splattered on the inside of the lid and inside the pot, and painted unevenly on the spout. There were several raised spots on the inside of the bottom of the pot, as if there were bubbles in the metal. It's a beautiful pot and I'd love to keep it, but didn't feel it would be durable, maybe even unsafe, so I returned it today (next day). I'm

The perfect kettle for dummies

The perfect kettle. I have no idea what reviewers are doing with melted pencils or chipped teapots. Cooking with a blowtorch? bonfire? Do they stone their cauldron? I use about a month, everything is fine. No chips, no melting. I even set it too high on a small burner. A quick wipe with a cloth and some soap and you're done. The other day I wanted to make a kettle and couldn't find my large tea infuser. I ended up dumping loose green tea straight into a kettle of hot water. I do drink whole…

Pros
  • The absolute legend
Cons
  • It's all right

The product seemed extremely imperfect and unsafe to me. After no more than 10 uses, the handle had melted and the inside of the pot had rusted. When I submitted a complaint and photos to Unbeatable Sale, they refused a refund and said I was already past the 30 day window to receive it. I received the package on December 19th so I have a 30 day window. The product was useless and probably released very dangerous chemicals when melted. I feel cheated and will never order from this seller again…

Cute but not that practical

So my wife and I think it looks nice (cute she says) but not very useful. Because it's so small, we put it on the smaller flame of the gas stove, otherwise it looks like the plastic handle is about to melt from the heat enveloping the body. This naturally cooks it slowly, so it's not ideal. Then when you pour hot water, due to the short spout and overall small size of the kettle, the steam gets too close to your fingers and scalds them. Cute but not practical! UPDATE: During the first week…

No whistle; bad for the forgetful

Please note that I do not believe that what happened to this pot is the fault of the manufacturer or seller, I am only writing this as a warning to those prone to forgetfulness. Bought this bowl for my mom, she loves it. It worked well and looked good enough to keep on the stovetop as a decoration. However, I assumed that the pot would whistle. Most kettles will fit; I figured that was the whole point of a kettle for the whistle to notify you when it's done, otherwise you'd just use a regular…
