Unsurprisingly they are of excellent quality. I figured Heston Blumenthal wouldn't put his name on anything that wasn't of amazing quality, and I wasn't wrong. Treezers are very durable and offer secure grip and accuracy. They have a silicone grip so your hands won't get hot when the metal gets hot. I find them a bit short for a grill, but we use charcoal, not an electric or propane grill. For these, they should work just fine. For coal. I would have chosen a larger set. I had tongs that my father gave me and they were one of my favorite kitchen utensils. The husband started cooking and now they are nowhere to be found, but these will perfectly replace them. I also like them for indoor cooking when you need to turn small/narrow and closely spaced items or take them out of the pot/oven. In fact, I would love a set of these tools for my glass workshop because they have such a secure grip, even better than professional glass tools. I may need to purchase a second set for my studio. My husband assumed it was going there but our daughter works under two of his charges or worked until all the restaurants had to close. So I know she would appreciate having them in the kitchen. Very well made, solid stainless steel, good secure hold in the precision tool.
