After hearing about worn metal wheels on my 1989 overhead garage door, I found this set of 10 wheels. I've been a mechanic for over 50 years and have watched several videos on U Tube on how to replace a door wheel. I used the Trakt bend method and it worked great. I used a vise to bend the track in two places as shown in the video and also used the vise to latch the door by prying the door out of the track in the curved open area. After changing the wheel, I used a brass hammer to knock the track off. You can't tell where I made the 4 track curves. Now the door works quietly and better than new!
