The ability that this system gives us - we can see what our clients are doing at any given time (and even if they aren't there), which makes communication very easy! I do wish however you could put more advanced filters into place such like "only show me tasks by person x".

It's great knowing exactly whats happening when someone isn;t able or willing too answer my phone calls/texts etc but sometimes its necessary not just because i'm curious about something thats going down :) Its really good so far though!! We're having issues finding people who want employment through other means than social security disability benefits now-a days haha..but maybe those will come along eventually? Overall no complaints yet :). Some things have been fixed since launch including scheduling new residents without manually adding dates first thing each morning before 7am every single workday has helped immensely.
