Worked with one fill up with butane, after the second it didn't work anymore.
After some fiddling with the flame setting everything worked. Then fill up a second time. Since then it has never started again. A flame appears for a brief second, then spits out for a while, making a gas sound. I've played with the adjustment knob a lot, but to no avail. I wanted a reliable and refillable lighter, but a refillable lighter doesn't do anything if it doesn't light up.
