Review on Improved SEO: Garmin Forerunner 935 Black Running GPS Unit (010-01746-00) by Brandon Ball

This is a 6 month review that I didn't want to write right away as I wanted to test the product for several months. I've bought several straps for a quick fit and change them all the time. I wear this watch in the shower and no problem. Initially, my watch gave me about 3 weeks on a single charge. But at the end of 6 months it gave me about 2 weeks on a single charge (I haven't changed my routine in the last 6 months - so not because I've been exercising more). I mainly use this watch for running and cycling and it gives me accurate information about my running or cycling. Although I tried swimming (in the indoor pool) 2-3 times and it was far. I barely swam 150 meters, but the watch showed me 900 meters. Another annoying thing: I have to lock the watch when doing push ups/exercises. The side button keeps pressing due to the movement of my wrist. I really like the screen, there is no glare in the morning even if you are in the crowd, while it is true that at night you have to press the backlight button to see the time. It's not like the Microsoft Band and Apple Watch, in that you spin to see the time and it lights up. But the saddest thing was when I left my watch charged one day and it usually took several minutes (within an hour) to charge to 100%. But that day it took 3 hours to charge to 40%. And it was super hot to watch. I took it off the charger and it just turned off. After about half an hour later it came back to life but was doing all the weird things like starting a run etc. Later after 30 minutes I saw a speck at the bottom of the screen (the pixel wasn't showing up in that area ). He started out small, but at the end of the day he grew big. I turned it off and even with the screen off, the stain was still there. Looks like dead screen pixels. It's very sad to see an expensive watch - wearable like its predecessor the 935 disappoint me within 6 months. I called Garmin support, they were willing to replace it but didn't cover the shipping cost as per their warranty agreement.
