Review on DEWALT DW2002B25 Phillips Bit 25 Pack by German Diaz

They didn't send me the tips they show in the box, they are tapered which will stick out on almost any type of screw. It's not really Revains' fault, it's Dewalt's, which has disappointed me greatly as I've been a regular customer since the 1960's when they sold Black & Decker. These tips are so bad they should be melted down for scrap. Now the tips they show in the pack are good and actually better and last longer than the new effective tips they are making now. Too bad I didn't open them sooner, I only needed them 2 months after buying them. Since I would send them back I have used them for light work and used 6 tips in one day without understanding why they keep coming out. Typically, the tip lasts ("as in the box") 1-3 months with aggressive use, or longer with normal use. I suggest if you sign up for Bi Monthly auto top up make sure they send you the correct tips pictured. I should note that the tips don't actually wear out faster, they just didn't fit the screws properly to get started. I just thought the tips were worn out by my assistant from improper use of the screwdriver, and after putting a new one in my own screwdriver I saw that the tip was to blame, not misuse. To be honest I don't think these are the #2 Phillips beats I got. These are #1 bits, although they are stamped #2 on their shanks. The Dewalts pictured are the best picks for percussion or conventional weapons in my opinion.
