The reason I got the inserts is I just got a new 16 liter electric fryer with bad reviews about the fryer chips painting or falling into food. I got a roaster for an outdoor 4th of July party with inserts. Everyone at the party abused this by stuffing long forks, metal spoons and straps into the pot and I was worried someone would rip the liners, plus most people were drunk. I was happy after the party was over, the liner didn't rip or rip, just pulled the liner out leaving a perfectly clean roasting pan. They are a little big for my 16 liter roaster but fit easily. I now plan to use my electric fryer more and more because I know I can trust these inserts. Very happy with the quality.
