Last year I bought the ISPRING 7-Step Water Treatment Kit. I love this filtration system, the water is delicious! This year I ordered replacement filters. Before installing the filters, I tested the water quality with a water test set. It still showed up in the safe area. When I installed the kit, I noticed that the replacement filter (FT15) has one connector on one end instead of two. I opened a ticket on the ISPRING website on a Sunday and they got back to me the next day. . I have provided them with the necessary information and they will send me a replacement filter with the correct connectors. ISPRING service is AMAZING.
