I used to order this mount and others from Kanto. They are well designed and easy to install. That is, unless they send you a used one that doesn't include the essential nuts and bolts/washers. Not included because someone bought and returned this mount. Then I became the unlucky consumer lucky enough to get it. Luckily I'm a handy person and was able to find washers, nuts and bolts by accident. I highly recommend this and other Kanto wall mounts again. It's just not very pleasant to receive a returned product.
