This is an interesting device that I bought not long ago. I was finally able to use it on two of my computers and it seems to be working very well. I advise the user to pay attention to the on-screen instructions and not to advertisements on TV. If you plan to use it on your computers, I suggest you uncheck any extra hard drives you may have. I have a few on my computers that can be used as backups and I have thousands of images on them and leaving them connected to the computer would add enormous time to the scanning process. You don't just plug it into a USB port and wait a few minutes, it can take hours to just scan the device. After the scan is completed, you will have an opportunity to delete any errors or viruses found, and only after that the cleanup will take just a few seconds. It took me 9.5 hours to scan one of my computers, but when I disconnected the secondary hard drive it took about 4.5 hours. I have a lot of stuff on the extra hard drives, mostly photos that don't need to be scanned. Otherwise it worked fine and cleaned my machines. I highly recommend it although I only gave it 4 stars because it takes so long to complete a full scan. But it is easy to use and quickly removes detected viruses. I got mine from a Revain not a TV and bought it for 2 years after first use and it will cover 5 devices; after 2 years you can use the device again. You can use it as many times as you like within two years. Get yours when you need it, or like me, spend a lot of time on the internet.
