It's easy to use, it allows us access via our PC or mobile phone at any time of day from anywhere in Canada (or even internationally).

The only thing I dislike is that you need an additional subscription if your organization has more than one user accessing through different devices simultaneously - otherwise using multiple users makes sense! We can easily share documents with colleagues who are not physically present within offices/hospitals across Ontario as well have video conferences without having them travel back into Toronto every week.- Accessibility- Easy navigation between applications suchas eDxConnect & Patient Portal when connecting remotely by VPNs-. Reliability:- Works consistently regardless where we connect over Wifi-, 3G/, 4g/-,- Cellular data networks etc.;-) No issues about reliability.- Security : Confidentiality / Privacy protection while working together online during virtual meetings/. Collaboration capabilities among healthcare professionals throughout all levels.
