. 25 year old Hamilton Beach knife that cuts like a pro

My parents have a 25 year old Hamilton Beach knife that cuts like a pro. But this knife is the most ergonomic I've ever seen. For me - a man of good height - it was impossible to hold the handle and the power button at the same time to cut off the main rib. Then I asked my friend who is a professional chef to try it and he couldn't handle it either. When I tried it it was too late to return it so I threw it away (but kept the plug). Btw I bought my mom a Hamiton Beach can opener - looks great but won't open cans. Also in the garbage. During Hamilton Beach.
