Everything about the product itself was fine. Installation is the same as most slides, but if you've never done them before there are no instructions in the package, so that's a minus. Shortly after a few uses, part of the clasp broke and now won't retract. The only positive thing about them is that they hold 50kg very well and work so far but not on the soft close part.
