Worked great. The sender in MDX is hidden behind the second sender. So if you're having trouble matching, you haven't found the right sender hiding behind it. Easy fix if you find it in a hidden place. You don't even have to remove the tire. Just spin the wheel to the right, find the sensor that is right in front of you, grab it and find the right transmitter, they hide and you're in business. Deep socket and short socket and you're done in 5 minutes max. I went to Acura and the mechanic gave me a hint that he was hiding right behind another sensor block.
