Emptying the cup was very difficult to remove. I fought for a long time. I've practiced many times and never made a dent in the time it took to turn it off. I didn't realize that one of the filters had to be cleaned after each use. The suction power was no better than my 40 year old vacuum cleaner. It claims to be lightweight but my wrist hurt picking it up so I couldn't suck with it. Too much time is spent disassembling all the filters that need to be cleaned weekly or monthly during use.
