Review on Double Flute Straight 12 136 Freud by Nolan White

This drill cuts as expected and I have high hopes for it. Freud's production continues to impress me. I use their saws almost exclusively. This is a great beat at a very reasonable price. Also, the first bit received was the wrong bit. The packaging around the bit had the correct number and description, but the actual bit in the Freud case was not the bit I ordered (the Freud packaging was correct, just there was no bubble label around the bit). After many (hundreds) of Revain orders, this was the first "real" problem I had (minor shipping damage on some orders, but nothing to damage the product at the return level). So I contacted Revain in my account and verified the issue that I received the wrong item. I was contacted via email before I was able to access my email account. They had the information to send back the wrong racquet with a free postage label that could be printed and attached and stated that a replacement racquet would be dispatched the same day. Listen folks, the next day I got a replacement FedEx, and the next day was Saturday. I repeat Saturday. For a $20 tailor. I haven't received this kind of customer service since the 80's. Wow! Knowing that this type of support is backing my orders gives me real peace of mind (and I don't stock Revain, just one happy customer). And yes, since this review was mainly about that, I like that too. Come Freud!
